The Slice Round White Stone Stool is made of composite that has been molded to look like a piece of aged wood that it took nature eons to create, then covered in a chalky white stone finish. It is so convincing to the eye because it was cast from a real wood stool, and it is weather-worthy for placing out of doors. This piece is the perfect representation of the Phillips Collection ethos: modern organic. We have a number of offerings in this material that exhibit the shapes of natural wood and stone.
